In 1992, Rose earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. After graduating she began her career working in industrial water treatment and specialty chemicals sales.

Rose joined Garratt-Callahan in 1996 as a Chemist. Over the last 25+ years, Rose worked her way up to Senior Chemist, QA/QC Coordinator, Assistant Product Manager, Product Manager (Biocides, Cleaners, Defoamer and Bioaugmentation) and now as Senior Product Manager and a backup to the Technical Director/VP in a number of areas.

Rose now has 25+ years in the water treatment industry; with combined experience in sales, analytical laboratory, method development and instrument troubleshooting, quality assurance and statistical data analysis, chemical formulations from conceptual stage to design and development, product release and marketing, and technical and application support for the field. Her career demonstrates a strong history of working in the chemical industry and her overall experience and knowledge make her a Subject Matter Expert.
