She brings more than 25 years of experience in water treatment, chemical formulation, and analytical testing, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and sustainability.
Since joining Garratt-Callahan in 1996 as a Chemist, Rose has advanced through roles in Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Technical Support. Her expertise spans laboratory method development, instrument troubleshooting, statistical data analysis, and product design—from concept through field application and release. She also supports cross-functional initiatives as a key technical advisor to leadership and field teams.
Rose earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, and began her career in industrial water treatment and specialty chemical sales. Her deep technical insight and collaborative approach help customers solve complex water treatment challenges with reliable, high-performing solutions.
