Michael Scholnick serves as Technical Director for Garratt-Callahan Company, where he leads research, product development, and technical coordination across the organization. With over three decades of continuous service, he brings extensive institutional knowledge and deep expertise in industrial water treatment, guiding teams that support a diverse range of industries and system applications.
Since joining Garratt-Callahan in 1992, Michael has held roles in laboratory operations, corrosion analysis, product management, and supply chain coordination. His experience spans every stage of product life cycle management — from research and formulation to field application and customer support. He has played a key role in advancing treatment programs in areas such as boiler chemistry, corrosion control, and water reuse.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His leadership and long-standing commitment to innovation help customers solve complex water treatment challenges and maintain safe, efficient, and sustainable systems.
