*Special Arrangements – The EPA has specific standards and fines up to $28,000 per container if not properly prepared and tagged. Local regulations may apply to the collection and proper disposal of rinse water. Also, there are 2 classifications of disposal water to be designated as “hazardous” and “extremely hazardous”. As all containers must also be drip-dried, facility space will be required and properly designated.
